1) M/s Shanco Industries:
This small-scale unit has been manufacturing ‘ROHINI’ brand single-phase Induction motors to NEMA/BS and IS standards for the Indian and export markets. There is maximum emphasis on quality and cost effectiveness. The laminations and all electrical parameters have been designed with latest CAD facilities and the best software available to us. To ensure quality and cost competitiveness, we have also set up our own lamination manufacturing activity.
In 1995, we indigenously developed a range of ‘ROHINI’ fractional rating permanent magnet DC motors conforming to IEC/ NEMA/ IS standards. The quality thrust has ensured a satisfied, technically conscious customer base. The motors are available in geared / un-geared constructions.
Shanco has in the year 2002, successfully developed the `ROHINI’ Single and Three Phase Flame Proof Motors for ratings from 90 watts to 1500 watts. These motors have obtained complete statutory approvals for this motor from CMRI- Dhanbad, BIS- Mumbai and C.C.O.E.-Nagpur for gas groups IIA and IIB.

We are working towards achieving ISO 9001:2000 quality certification for all our products. The objective is to be able to serve our customers better & have an export thrust for our products. The Quality Policy is in place & has been communicated to all employees in the organization. We are confident of achieving ISO quality certification by August 2003.

2) M/s Shanbhag and Associates:
We were officially selected in 1997 to represent LUTZ PUMPEN GMBH & CO KG, GERMANY as their sole, national distributors for their complete range of products. Lutz has a wide variety of products with a range of Drum Pumps, AODD pumps, Flow meters, Vertical submerged pumps and Magnetic drive centrifugal pumps. Lutz offers tailor-made applications with practical alternatives for different voltages, explosion proof for hazardous applications, pneumatically operated with variable delivery rate, suitable sealing systems and a wide range of accessories to adapt to any problematic operating conditions. SThe pumps are available in aluminium, stainless steel, polypropylene, PVDF and Hastelloy-C. We also offer original spares for Lutz pumps for models in service presently. We have a full-fledged workshop to undertake service of older pumps, if required, using original and genuine Lutz spares. We offer our countrywide customers, an all-India dealer network to provide customer service within 48 hrs.

3) M/s Shanbhag Engineering Company:
We are the authorized dealers of M/s KIRLOSKAR BROTHERS LIMITED for their entire range of industrial pumps. These pumps are used for a variety of applications and are available in different materials of construction. We supply centrifugal pumps for water and water-related fluids including Horizontal Split Case, End Suction Back Pull Out, Single Stage, & Multistage pumps. We supply these as project supplies to Government, Semi-Government, and public and private sector customers. We regularly liase with Consultants to help meet their clients’ pump requirements. We are also authorized dealers of ABB for their range of L.T. electric motors since 1995. We stock varieties of motors and pumps to cater to immediate customer requirements. We undertake complete project supplies upto installations and supervision of commissioning through our own sales and service engineers.
