COMPUTERISED DESIGNS - Which ensure the correct size of the motor for
the environmental conditions, such as type of DC Source (Battery or AC Converted), ambient
conditions, frequency of starts and stops, prevention of possible demagnetisation, nature
of cooling required ect. The software can produce the Torque - Speed and Constant Torque
characteristics at various applied voltages for applications which demand speed control.
SPEED REDUCERS :
ROHINI can also supply motors fitted with speed reducers. These can be worm gears, spur
helical gears or any other type as demanded by the application.
MAGNETISATION- Usage of a high energy-magnetiser
ensure the magnets are magnetised to required levels to give consistency
of performance. The magnetisation levels are checked and calibrated
to the desired design parameters with aid of specialised checking equioment.
CONTROLLERS :
for speed control, ROHINI can supply electronic controllers if required.
UNIQUE ARMATURE DESIGN using computer designed stamping, high
conductivity commutator with slot/segment combination giving ideal commutation, class F
winding with trickle impregnation, hot stacking for best commutator connections ect.,
yields an almost perfect armature for long service.
HEAT DISSIPATION using finned surfaces, alongwith internal cooling fan,
external cooling fan or forced draft cooling is possible. We give a variety of motor
constructions to suit demanding applications.
MOUNTINGS such as Foot, Flange or special mountings are available.
