The drum pump tubes are available in Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Polypropylene, PVDF and Hastelloy-C with FLP or Non-FLP, electric/pneumatic motors. They can handle liquids up to 1,00,000 cp in viscosity as well as solvents and corrosive acids/ alkalies. For companies with an existing population of Lutz drum pumps we offer original spares. We can also help create a complete pumping system to serve a wide variety of applications.

These pumps have an absolutely lube-free valve, a non-stalling function
at low pressure, are portable and can safely run dry. They are available
in various Lutz have also developed a complete range of Lutz Flowmeters ; Ex & Non-Ex proof to serve different liquid measurement applications. Eight different models in modular constructions are available to ensure quick, easy and precise flow measurement. The Lutz Flowmeters are also available with inbuilt memory to handle upto 9 different liquids, as well as with preset functions for batching applications. The Lutz vertical submerged pumps are new welcome additions to the pump range. in The `K’ series `Lutz’ pumps in PP/PVDF/PVC are centrifugal and designed for vertical installation. They have submerged column and volute casing and mechanical supports, with the motor mounted above the liquid to be pumped. The columns are available in standard lengths of between 500 and 3000 mm with increments of 250mm (100 mm for the KGS-KMS series). The pumps are designed to pump corrosive chemicals and have been engineered down to the smallest details to ensure a long working life and operating efficiency. The Lutz magnetic-drive centrifugal pumps are avail. in two series AM & TMR. The unique feature of these pumps are the sealless constrn. & the ability of these pumps to 'run dry'.The models are avail. in PP & PTFE with capacities upto 30 m3/hr. & 25 mWc. |
